Class Cancellations by Participants

If you need to cancel your registration, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations made prior to the class start date may receive a full refund or future credit.

• Cancellations made once the semester has begun will be eligible for a prorated refund based on remaining classes.

• Retroactive refunds are not offered for missed classes.

• Two make-up classes are offered per semester for missed classes. Makeup classes are valid for up to three months after current semester (location only).

 

Class Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:

• A makeup class;

• The option to transfer to another available class;.

• A refund for the cancelled class.

 

Transfers

If you cannot attend a class, you may request to transfer your registration to another class if space is available. Transfer requests must be made before the class begins.
 

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may miss part of the class, and we cannot guarantee additional time or make-up sessions.
 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
