1. Registration
Registration for classes must be completed through our official registration system. A spot in the class is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate contact information and any relevant information about the child at the time of registration.
 
2. Payments
All class fees must be paid in advance before the start of the class or program unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel or remove a registration if payment has not been received by the payment deadline.
 
3. Cancellations and Refunds

If a participant cancels their registration:

• Cancellations made prior to the class start date may receive a full refund or future credit.

• Cancellations made once the semester has begun will be eligible for a prorated refund based on remaining classes.

• Retroactive refunds are not offered for missed classes.

If we cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a makeup/refund option.

4. Attendance
Participants are expected to arrive on time for classes. Participants are not permitted to swap class time/day on any given week without prior authorization from management. 
 
5. Parent/Guardian Responsibility
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children before, during and after class. Parents must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect participation.
 
6. Safety and Behavior
All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other students. We reserve the right to remove a participant from the class if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
 
7. Photo and Media Release
During classes or events, photos or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes such as social media, websites, or marketing materials.
By registering, parents or guardians grant permission for the child to appear in such media unless a written request is submitted to opt out.
 
8. Liability
While we take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe learning environment, participation in music classes involves normal physical activity. By registering, parents or guardians agree that participation is at their own risk. The program and instructors are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings.
 
9. Changes to Classes
We reserve the right to make changes to instructors, schedules, or class formats when necessary. Participants will be notified of changes whenever possible.
 
10. Agreement
By registering for a class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
